I just finished having breakfast and a cup of coffee with my wife. Prior to breakfast, I finished reading a book that was given to me by a former student (and soon to be student again - he's going for a dual degree) on the subject of Atheism. The book is called "Atheist Universe" by David Mills. At the end of the book, the author invites you to visit his website, which I did. I even watched a video on his website called "A Golden Age of Atheism". One quick comment about the video is that he mentions that his wife (Andrea), who he refers to as being in the room, is a Christian (Baptist). He also mentions that he loves watching his "hero" Ashley on YouTube who, in her last video, danced around in her bra and panties. He admits (jokingly) that he visited Ashley's site to watch the video 150 times "yesterday". My immediate thought was, "Wow, how embarassed must his wife be and how much more disrespectful can a man be to his wife." Anyways...I decided that I would use this blog entry to comment on the Mills' text. While I don't want to devote the time nor do I care to comment about every single point that Mills makes, I thought I might choose one item in each chapter to comment on. I will say this...get ready for the same old tired arguments that we've always heard from Atheists without one single shred of evidence against the possibility of a Creator.
